XEXYMIX gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact, in sellable condition, within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. For tops with enclosed bra pads, the bra pads must be returned together with the item.

2. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any additional fees such as import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. XEXYMIX is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during return shipping.

2. After receiving a confirmation email from one of our assistants, please send the package to our location as directed.

3. After receiving your returned package, we will thoroughly check the items according to our return policy.

4. Only after we have processed and confirmed your returns, we proceed with a refund. We will let you know via email.
